Crom, it just goes against all common sense that the Supreme Court voted a huge majority in favor of them. I think it was like 6/7 judges or something. Absurd. And again, they are getting away with bigoted hate speech because those trying to fight them are going at it the wrong way. If these people ever died because of chest busters, it would be a good day.

I don't see how in any capacity whatsover it's not blatant unmitigated hate speech.

Since K4tz adviced me to take it to the thread, I don't like it when Politicians are holding me hostage for their agendas. Two times so far: Tax Cuts - The extremely rich are being fought tooth and nail by the GOP as the other 95-98% of America is left out to dry. As soon as they got those top 2% suddenly we get a bunch of !@#$ done. Then comes the hypocrisy, if your serious about balancing the budget, that 2% doesn't tax cuts. Budget - Looming Government shutdown over trying to slash at the HCR act, Planned Parenthood(I don't understand why the GOP hates women, I really don't) and the EPA(And apparently breathable air / clean water, I actually do get this one, gets in the way of the Corporations cash). What I don't like also is the President not shouting at them back how these guys are being full of !@#$. I would at the drop of a hat in the same position, I wouldn't let these people put the blame on me like they do. Not that other Presidents haven't steamed me the same way, it's just come on man, don't let these people your face in with rhetoric and not kick their rears with facts. Thats about all my rage. Anyone else happy Beck is going off the air? Lost a 3rd of his audience(Ages 25-53 = there goes the group of people advertisers want to market things to), 300 advertisers boycotting him and him actually being quoted as someone that brings Fox New's credibility down(Thats saying something all on it's own). Hopefully they still won't expand into Canada, law requires you to not be liars on the news = no fox news for Canada. Edit: Also just for K4tz I think I just eviscerated what little credibility MKF30 had left when I pointed out he was account hopping to talk to himself and created a thread to attack people. www.comicvine.com/forums/off-topic/5/keith-olbermann-gets-fired-from-msnbc-now-on-current-tv/606903/?page=last#reply_form

I guess I'll bring this up...
What do you guys think of the "debate" over the new light bulbs? Long story short, the old ones will cease production in the US to make way for the new ones. The government deemed the new ones are better for energy purposes. They'll cost more, but the also last longer. On the downside, small traces of mercury require handling them differently when disposing of them. Those against it say this is the government overstepping their boundaries and taking away "freedom of choice" "competition" and more. Well, what do you guys think?

Personally, I'm embarrassed there's so much controversy over this. Some lawmakers have gone far enough to imply this is the "Gateway drug" for the government, implying "FIRST OUR LIGHT BULBS....THEN WHAT'S NEXT?!" There are far more pressing matters and for anyone to go up in arms over this is a waste of time and energy IMO.

We got narrow minded morons running our country. I hate all politicians. I haven't seen one I actually like yet. They're all for their own self-glory. I want someone who actually cares for the people and the country.
What should be the main targets to improve are health care and education. But noooooooo these morons cut back schools and close down hospitals. And he hires a cameraman to take photos of himself. PRICK!!!!

Yeah, SM. It baffles me that companies receive massive benefits and savings from the government, but the first cuts always seem to be to, in my opinion, one of the most important aspects---the educational system.

Education is the key to our future, I always envisioned the population of an entire country having an IQ over 150 and great social skills. It's the dream. And with this level of knowledge, maybe we can eradicate the need for religion that isn't getting us anywhere. In fact I think it's slowing us down. What's so rational about a person in the sky? Education is key!!!!

Also forgot. They jacked-up university fees. Thankfully I won't be worrying about this since I finish next year. However some of my friend will. And other friends have been put off now because of the huge increase in money. I pay around £9000 a year, that'll rise to £30000-40000 depending which university you go too.
