A search function. Seems like a must to me. And not like the shitty one on CV, but like the good one on CV (the main search bar in the top middle of the homepage screen where you can select 'topics.')

I agree, though I like our individual topic search option here at Proboards as well. Both would be nice, but hard to pull off I would imagine.

Proboards search gets pretty worthless once a forum gets big enough. Generally if you designate your search to go larger than, say, 150 results (a couple months of a busy forum, thread wise, a couple days posts wise) it doesn't even respond.
Which is almost as good as CV, which is sad, because that search used to be better if I recall but maybe I just use it wrong.

A great search algorithm is beyond my current abilities to implement. I simply cannot make that in a reasonable timeframe. I can try to implement someone's elses but I cannot put any certainty on that.
