That said, I'm really curious about how the game will be received. Editors seemed to be enjoying the previews, with complaints really focused on bad voice acting at times. I can live with that.

Really? I'm actually expecting the game to fall in mostly 7s and 8s.
Oh yeah, certainly not saying score = quality. Just curious about what they'll say.

It seems like one of those titles they will find something that infuriates them about the game to drag whatever personal score they come up with. I'm probably going to be more interested in what you folks will say in this thread rather than them. Critics and the like just make for quick reads on how their experience with the title went and they are generally looking for something to dislike. People just playing it aren't going to be on the same boat. |

Ugg I'm torn on if this should be a day one buy. Now that the day is actually close, I'm starting to lose my "Oh, I'll give it some time to check the reviews" cool...lol.

This is such a flawed but fun game so far. Uh oh...lol. Flawed just made my enthusiasm sink a bit... What are some of the more intolerable things so far? If it isn't too horrible, then I may still get it this week, but I will hold out for a price drop if the problems are ridiculous... |

Flawed as in needs polish. All of the problems I notice are minior and don't take away from how fun the game is. Controls take a bit of getting used to, small clipping errors, occasional bugs, etc. Basically, I agree 100% with IGN's review.
