i wont now,since i cant buy directly from PSN (dont have an international credit card),i will just wait until the final character is released and buy the 4 of then together...in a perfectly legal maner that involves sharing

i am not a big fan of Guest characters and would prefer an actual MK character,but Freddy's gameplay looks prety good

Its kinda funny..I got it for replay value. But once I beat the game, I really didn't play it anymore hahaha.

I actually might pick up Ultimate MvC3 when it comes out and give that a shot. All the characters leaked apparently, which means 4/5 of my favorite characters will be in the game.

I haven't gone back to the challenge ladder. There's no way I'm beating 2 people AND Shao with ONE life and as Shang. doesnt the game gets easier when you hit the retry button upon getting killed? i know it does on the final challenge then again,you can just skip it,and if you are short on money.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG3iX396azo |

Maybe I'll get back into playing a bit. Problem is I've got so much nerdy stuff on my agenda and I rarely play video games anymore.

And the thing about MK9 was that the combos were all pretty simple to do, but a lot of the combos weren't really that exciting or extensive.

I love the combos in this game. They're unique for each character, easy for juggling, and easy to chain with a special move or two. The more complex combos are always a joy to watch. I've grown to really like some of Reptile's combos.

I don't find it easy at all to juggle I find that the game makes it virtually impossible to do.

It makes it difficult, but not impossible. If anything, I appreciate that because it's not easy to spam cheap combos like other fighters. This actually requires mastering each character to play well with them.

It's fun when you can make these long combos. That's why there are breakers.

imho breakers are a total waste of a bar. They save your ass, but the break doesn't even hurt your enemy, iirc. I rarely use them, I think the x-ray (massive damage) or extended power attacks are more useful.

Yeah same here, but I'm just saying that's why breakers are available, for saving your ass. I don't think they are as useful as they could be because there aren't a ton of long combos in MK9.
Thanks for bringing up X-Rays, because I can't stand them. They are so cheap and do so much damage, it lets anyone have a freakin chance no matter what. They are dangerous as hell but so OP.

I think they're an awesome wildcard in fights. It's not like they're unblockable.

The fact that you can block it makes it better, and you can actually disable them if you know the kode, but in general, it's a cool idea and cool look, but is much to easy to get, too easy to do, and too easily can turn a fight with no effort. I mean you typically get two a match, and they do like 35% damage.
