I do not think this will be a crossover. I could be wrong though. I am thinking this might be a new series.
The snake lady looks like a former mutant and the robot guy is a Young Avengers antagonist. Not sure what happened to his racist girlfriend though.

Are these people supposed to be the new generation of villians who were inspired by Magneto, Bullseye, Doc Doom, ect? It is possible. No details have been given on it yet. They will be characters or at least might be characters in the new title. I say might because these are just teasers and if fan reception on them is poor, they might rework details to make the characters more visually appealing. |

I honestly hope none of them are the new generations of villains. From their looks they seem unworthy of taking down the likes of Loki, Doom and Red Skull.
