As everyone is now aware, DC is rebooting/relaunching its entire comic universe. Thanks to a poll from CBR, we have found out their most anticipated title by far will be the Justice League by Geoff Johns and Jim Lee. BC has revealed what the line up will be for the new Justice League: In addition to Aquaman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, Flash, and Cyborg, it also seems there will be Deadman, Atom, Element Woman, Firestorm, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Mera, and Powergirl/Zealot/Black Canary/Not Sure Who That Is. So what do you think about this new line up? I find 15 members is completely unnecessary, why do we need that many? Unless it is some kind of revolving team or something.

I would rather it be focused on just the main 7. 15 characters is just to many imo. I know a lot of people don't like there costumes but I'm really liking there costumes. Especially Superman's. Also a little surprised about Zeolot being in the JLA

Crowded, that's for sure.

Not sure if Zealot is actually in the JLA. They weren't sure who the last female is, but listed several options they think it could be.

Plus, I don't see any reason Cyborg should be there. If they are going to start it off with all the main heroes back again like they said, there is no reason there should be anyone else there outside the 6: Aquaman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Wonder Woman, and Superman.
This just seems the complete opposite of what they were going for. At least for the start.

I like the costumes, but I'm not enjoying the fact that theirs so many members. I hope it's explained.

Wait, Element woman? Who's that? A New Character, IIRC.

Cyborg? I know he's a rather big DC character, but why are they putting him in the "Top 7" with people like Superman, Flash, ect? The team in the picture would look perfectly fine without him in it.

Zatanna, Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Dr. Light, or some other female JLA member would make more sense IMO.

Nah. Martian Manhunter would have made the most sense, but they're using him in Stormwatch for whatever reason (I'm not against it, mind you, I just think J'onn would fit better here). That, and Johns really, really digs Cyborg and wants to turn him into an A-lister.

I completely forgot about Martian Manhunter. Lmao. He should round out the 7 of this book and call it a day. Suddenly, I'm not as interested anymore.

To be honest, I'd rather see Black Lightning or the Martian than Cyborg. I don't really see the point of him being there.
STILL hate the costumes.

Aquaman looks the best, likely because they didn't bother to alter his design much. GL, and WW aren't bad, either. I don't like Batman and Superman, at all.

I kind of want Martian to go a different route though. He doesn't get that much attention and such as a JLA member, but maybe he will in this new book

Black Lightning was one of the few things I liked in McDuffie's JLA. I'd love seeing the Manhunter get his own book, but I'm not really holding my breath over it.

Agreed, though they made him look like a panzy in the first few arcs. Agreed again. There is a possibility of a second wave of comics (Or so I hear) from DC, so we might get lucky. He needs someone to get him a rouge gallery and a woman, ASAP

It didn't bother me since I didn't know how powerful he is beforehand anyway. Yeah, Manhunter needs some rogues. He had some cool ones during Ostrander's run, but most of them got killed off. Except Kanto of course, but for some reason only I think he's cool.

I like it and hope Dc have the balls to not just make this another way to tell the origins again in some stupid way. I actually hope they have the guts to do something new and fresh with these old characters.

I think they tried to make Superman's costume too Batman-like in looks. And what is up with a belt that has zero purpose? It's not holding his pants up since he is a wearing a one-piece, and it has no pouches!
