What you're really asking me is will a writer one day come along who has the idea to have Batman kill the Joker and will an editor sign off on it?
Possibly. But in character, Batman won't kill the Joker or any other character.

Stevie Ray Vaughan, BB King, Eric Clapton. I also enjoy Alternative, Heavy Metal, Classical and Electronica/House. I endorse all those artists. I also like John Lee Hooker, Gary Moore (in his blues era), Jackson Browne, and Ry Cooder (worlds best slide guitarist IMHO), Canned Heat, and Grateful Dead (last two let's face it come down to my age) I love blues myself, but also love most styles of music. Was a muso and band member back in my school days (yes SM, before you say it - I can remember that far back  ). I got into some DJing after my military service. Dj'd at numerous Gold Coast Night clubs in the 80's and early 90's. Though I have to admit as a DJ I was most known for playing heavy metal, Classic Rock or Indie (though one club I played was a mix of Indie and techno) |

Man, who could say? I guess if I had to pick one power it'd be Magic. Just for sheer utility. But I guess if like Galactus swooped down and said hey I'm charging you as Earth's protector. What powers do you want? I'd go with something like Kryptonian powers.
Yeah. He is definitely over the edge. He may not have lost morality totally but he's well outside society's accepted norms. He's a sociopath.
