yeah, I am liking what Hickman and Spencer are doing for the Ultimate Universe. It feels fun again like the early stories.

I read most of the Hawkeye mini. It wasn't quite as good as I was hoping it would be.

Marvel has had crossover stories with some of its major alt realities before. Isn't it about time they did a 616/1610 crossover?

Man, Ultimate Reed is like Darth Vader to the millionth power. He's being written like the heroes have ZERO chance of even scratching his defenses.

Issue 7 of the Ultimates was good. City of Tomorrow finally has a worthy group of opponents.

I agree. Ultimate Reed is so damn smart and powerful, the only believable way to defeat him is to build an entire nation of Omega level mutates.

Fury and the Ultimates were rather slimeball-ish igniting the war. However, Reed's tech taking out Xorn/Zorn's oracle was pretty nasty.

Fury went in there knowing he could not hide his intentions. So Zorn and Xorn knew why he was there. I do not think Fury anticipated the oracle's death though.
Do you think there is any redemption for Reed? I would personally say no but that is just me. He has spent several thousand years reinforcing his madness and intellect. I think he is bonkers for good.
Also did I miss something or has Ben and Sue been surprisingly absent for this arc?

I think Reed is in it to win it. I haven't seen Sue or Been at all lately. When did Betty become She-Hulk in the Ult U?

That happened in the Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk arc if I remember correctly.
