I don't think we are going to come to an agreement, so I'll just choos to agree to disagree. Good debate. I think it would be better if you just agreed with me. Why have an individual opinion when you can have mine? I like being unique too much to do something so simple

I sincerely think Armless Tigerman should be higher ranked. media.comicvine.com/uploads/1/11352/1253936-fvcs6.jpgNow, i know taking down armed cannon-fodder is nothing impressive, but the thing is, his current placement is for skill-less characters.....the likes of Kick-Ass and Human Torch would be unable to do something like that without their powers. Sure his teeth helped, but not being tagged at all (you can see spears) puts him above rank 2 IMO. Unless theres some sort of hidden context in that scan that i am missing. EDIT: No pictures that stretch the window. Do we have any more examples for him? If the picture is to be believed he would need to be up around rank 8 at least. Thats the issue, his appearances are extremely limited. I will look up his other apperances and see if he manages to pull off good feats or at least find out the exact context behind the picture i posted (Fairily sure he did defeat them in a ''fair'' fight though). I will post more info regarding him if i find anything. Also, sorry for that, Erik EDIT: Alright, i looked up the mini-series the pic is from and Tiger Man didnt do much, to sum up his participation: The guards seen in the picture were protecting the royals at Wakanda, after murdering these guards in a direct (yet unseen) fight. Immedtialy after that, he talks a bit with the surviving ones and mocked them a bit. What happens next is also off-pannel. Eventualy, we see him knocking down a door with a few dead bodies around him, T'Chaka (still as a child) attacks Tiger Man but is easily subjugated and held as a hostage, according to what he says, he was planning on opening his throat (With the nails on his feet!) before getting shot by one of the Howling Commandos in the back of the head. Not too much to base on, but still decent

Not sure how this works, but I'll have a jab. Tell me if I fuck up. Looking at the middle ranks (18-22) I think that (based on who else is in the list) Barnes, and Hawke, Steve Rogers should be moved up, possibly Nightwing too, however I'd always put Barnes one position above the former. So that'd be Something I'd like to contest is Black Canary at 20. Post-Infinite Crisis she is meant to have a skill-up, however I've never seen anyone able to back up the claim that she's become more skilled after this (and I unfortunately stopped reading BoP at this point). Because if not, then the incident with Shrike should in the very least put Nightwing one position above Canary, if not more.

So I'd need to provide a feat that, for example, I think makes Grayson XX level. Alright.

We want the power grids to be as accurate as humanly possible and to be made with as little fanboyism as possible. In other words, feats talk and bullshit walks.

Ok, here are the relevant scenes from the comic (only two ) Heres the one where he kills several soldiers (off-screen) and then prepares to kill more (again, off-screen) img338.imageshack.us/img338/6600/armd.pngAnd heres when he reaches kid T'Chaka and holds him hostage (You can see several bodies around him at the first panel) img707.imageshack.us/img707/1892/arm2j.pngKinda hard to judge since he was almost entirely off-screen and this is the only issue where he actualy fights (and is taken seriously), but somewhere around the 10s sounds fair.

Lets put at rank 13 as he is clearly a master at a no arm style.

I think it could be argued that Storm Shadow is at least a rank or two higher, given how close his fights with Snake Eyes usually are.

Thoughts for Metal Gear Solid characters?
Vamp, Snake, Ocelot, Boss, Big Boss, Raiden, etc?

Dane's Rankings I've changed a couple of things around. Particularly seeing some of the Immortal Weapons so low compared to regular street levels didn't sit too well with me. I've also tried to differentiate some fighters a bit more. We had a lot of very different fighters clumped together on a few tiers and I felt like they definitely weren't that many dead-ties in skill level. On top of that, it's been awhile since we first posted the level so I feel like some fighters have had feats recently that put allow them to move up the list.
I've also introduced some video game characters that I thought could go in.
I would love to hear feedback and debate on this as I think street level battles (traditionally the basis for our community) are very important and this ranking has always been, to me, the heart of our conclusions.

Splinter needs to be moved minimum 3 ranks higher, Shredder should be there with him. Saying Jason Todd is better the Master Splinter is just plain wrong.
And I still defend that Ian Nothingham should be by these rankings a 23.
