My LCS didn't have it. Apparently the terrible weather in the Southeast US played a part in some books not getting there. They didn't have Daredevil Reborn either.

I hear what you mean. I honestly want to see an issue where the plan doesn't go...as planned...and improvisation needs to occur. For instance, a certain hero isn't available on call, and part of the whole plan was dependent on that hero. What now?! Yeah, let' see that.
I would like to see a solid core to this team form pretty soon though.

Also, why was Elektra's fight with the Atlantean basically done off panel? I think I'm dropping this one and waiting for the Bendis Moon Knight book.

I guess it was because it probably wasn't much of a fight as much as it was a one sided slaughter. I understand your hesitations about this book right now, as it really hasn't solidified itself yet, I guess I would say. I'll keep following it, because I think once it does become a more steady in its roster and story line, it will be an awesome book. Maybe this arc just isn't all that great, but we will see.
I am also very excited about Bendis' upcoming MK series.
