Just picked this up today and the series seems to show some good promise. Did anyone else read it?

I haven't had the chance to read new material in two weeks, but I wanted to check this out. I've always liked T'Challa, but never really got around to collecting a good deal of his material.

I enjoyed it. The writer is David Liss who was actually a novelist first. The only other works I could find him being credited for was co-writer on an issue of Bullseye:Perfect Game and an issue of the recent Taskmaster mini.

I thought it was a fun read and I'm definitely going to get the other issues sometime. Bullseye: Perfect Game lost me during the multiple page dialogue about baseball.

Odd, he's credited on CV but not credited at Marvel.com. Their website sucks balls anyway.
As for the issue its a getting back to his roots kind of thing. It's good.

I haven't read anything this week as of yet, but it's something I intend to get.

I haven't cared about T'Challa since Civil War, honestly.

This is Black Panther: The Man Without Fear #513 right?
Jakefury, I saw your post on comicvine about him giving up all his metahuman powers and tech, which sounds interesting. I've never read BP but I may just check it out.

Thanks to this issue, and what I've seen of him in Earth's Mightiest Heroes, I'm gonna really start reading up on Black Panther.

This issue really has me hooked for more of T'Challa. The only time I've read much of him in Avengers was during Red Zone.

I skimmed through it so I haven't read it, but I don't really like the art. I would have much preferred art like what is on the cover.
