Am I the only one who thinks that the bad guy is Kang? I don't know, the film has already enough crazy going on without adding time travelers to the mix.

I hope there is no time travel involved. In general, I dislike time travel plots.

Yeah, I can do without time travel.

If that's supposed to be the midgar serpent, then I'm a fucking griffin.

If that's supposed to be the midgar serpent, then I'm a fucking griffin. Nope. It has been leaked that the flying mechanical contraption is actually Thor's mother.

It seems like a nod to Fin Fang Foom, if anything.

Lot of laughs to be had at that. I'm way too giddy at these rumors of Hulk vs Thor in this film(looks like everyone is having a shot at one another). All they need to do is have Thor wrestle him or catch him mid smash and Ill be immensely pleased. He can then job to make the Hulk look good.

I would never forgive the movie if they did that, never. At this point they seem to want to hype the Hulk up given the trailers, not to mention Thor record isn't stellar against the green Goliath as he loses his brain every time he fights him. It is silly for Thor to have issues with the Hulk and then go around to beat the Silver Surfer around with his hammer. I guess Marvel gave him props when they had Thor physically beat the Hulk to death and the more recent toss into orbit from a gravely injured Thor with a smack. If it puts your heart at ease, it seems like Whedon is really going to grind the "You're dealing with gods, not men" sorta thing I recall him talking about, and basing it off a non spoiler comment that says Thor for the most part bulldozes through the movie, he probably will go for the most standard little tussle that ends up getting broken up. We'll wait and see anyhow, it is only 2 days away in the states and that syrup nation up in the sky.

Thor should never have any trouble whatsoever with Hulk. Honestly if they wrote Thor properly he should be able to solo the entire Avengers rosters without ever breaking a sweat, then take the women. All the women. If it puts your heart at ease, it seems like Whedon I don't trust Whedon, I'll never trust him.

They did toss him two fights where the Hulk gets beaten to death by Thor's brute strength alone and an amped Hulk getting his rear handed to him by a critically injured Thor, but yeah Thor does lose brain cells when the Hulk comes onto the field. I was more so running off the idea of trusting he's pushing "they're gods" angle, at least that's what I've heard he is doing.

but yeah Thor does lose brain cells when the Hulk comes onto the field. Brains has nothing to do with it, Thor by all rights should always be able to annihilate Hulk with a single punch. The mere idea that Hulk can have even a snowball's chance in hell in any physical confrontation with Thor is utterly ridiculous. I was more so running off the idea of trusting he's pushing "they're gods" angle, at least that's what I've heard he is doing. Whedon has always repeatly failed and shitted on godly beings in the past. I see no reason to trust him here either.

Nul was amped on God juice, so I didn't have much trouble with him not getting annihilated by Thor then, it likely was the only time Thor's actually not held back against the Hulk to boot. Not with anywhere close to this kind of budget. Just saw the film, Thor kicks a lot of rear throughout. Thinking the only person that did do some damage was Loki and the Hulk. Can't complain though, since Thor otherwise was roses and sunshine throughout tanking just about everything. Just to add the Hulk is a screen time ho, your'll understand why once you see the film.
