Well,my main opnion was heavily influenced by Hulk's appearance and his general feats in the movie,so that would be hard

Well it isn't much of a spoiler he was depicted as MUCH more powerful this time around than in his 2008 debut(which apparently is still canon). And a much more entertaining character to boot. A lot of folks, even randoms at gamestop, where blown away by him.

And and Ckal won the bet, the cube isn't in the staff. Just powered by it. After credit scene was YOZA! The staff was not powered by the cube, it was the secret key that could touch the cube when the cube was untouchable.

The staff was not powered by the cube, it was the secret key that could touch the cube when the cube was untouchable. I was just saying what was said in the film, when I go see it again with a friend whose paying for my ticket I'll try to remember who says it and when it was said, because I've heard it twice now and I'm fairly certain it was inside the lab. Edit: Cube's very touchable, just try not to think "I want to go places!" when holding it, like assuming Red Skull did. Fury grabbed it for a bit with his glove at the start of the film.

The cube was not touchable when it had the force field around it. I did not mean for you to assume it was untouchable period. I thought I was expressing myself clearly when I said, " when it was untouchable" and saying that the staff was the only thing that could.

I think Avengers had a missed opportunity.
My friends and I were talking this over the weekend. They should have had, while battling in NY, one of the Chitauian's about too blast Black Widow or something but a web is shot on it's back and pulled away.
That's it. Everyone would know who it is and they don't have to pay the rights to it.

Damn. Think that would have been cool. No need to see him, just him helping one of them without them knowing.

And when did it say that the staff was powered by the cube? Because I do not remember that. I think we should trust Rogers' technological expertise on this one. "It sure works an awful lot like a Hydra weapon." That was coming from the man who recognized that part of the SHIELD helicarrier was powered by some sort of electricity, so we can trust it to be true.

The cube was not touchable when it had the force field around it. I did not mean for you to assume it was untouchable period. I thought I was expressing myself clearly when I said, " when it was untouchable" and saying that the staff was the only thing that could. Erik Selvig said right after he regained his senses to Black Widow he was the one that built the fail-safe in under the notion of still having something of him still in control. Why would the bad guys give Loki a way to intentionally end their invasion had he changed his mind? He didn't even know his staff was the only thing that could save the day. To be honest, it could have been a tad bit more clear. Like the addition of "When it was active, behind the energy barrier", just saying when it was untouchable, sounds, well, when it was untouchable. My mind doesn't immediately jump to "oh he means when it was in the barrier!" more so when Red Skull was teleported away or for the most part the cube being carried in something, rather than physically by a person. Like I said, either in the lab or when they had their first meeting, if I remember right it was before Cap goes on to compare it to the hydra weapons. When I see it in the near future, I'll make sure to note exactly when I heard it in the film.

That wasn't the quote I was quite thinking of when I said that the sceptor(or potentially the mind gem specifically) is powered by the cube. Maybe it's all in my head.
