Yeah, there was no body left behind and tons of blood stains. But all of the commercials had material we've never seen, like when he smashes Jensen with a punch and makes other remarks. They were likely made just for the commercial, though.

Barrett punches Jensen in the game cut scene as well before the fight. He comes up from behind him and almost one shots him in the face. Knocks him to the ground.
The only thing I remember from the commercials that we didn't see is when in the trailer, an aug (Barrett? Idk) two arm slams Jensen in the chest into concrete or something like that.

I'm talking about the second example you provided, not the cross hook to the jaw. There are other remarks like "You'll never find him!" and what not, but like I said, it was probably a custom scene for promotional purposes.

Looks like an awesome, brutal fight. This is one of the few games I think would have potential to be a great series of movies under the right A list talent in the director's chair and writers.
"I'll take you to hell" sounds like a variation of what he says right before he dies with the explosives; "Tell him I sent you to hell" or something like that, I don't remember exactly. Maybe it was changed, maybe it is like you say that it was made for commercial purposes only. I wonder if "Give me Deus Ex" has any different cut scenes.
Either way, that was cool. I doubt we will see him again in the game though.

Or absolute shit if you decide to hire cheap writers and a cheap director.

I'll tell you what I can't stand about the game though: the loading screens. They are extremely long and are absolutely unacceptable.

Yeah they're supposed to be patching to improve the load times. They're a bit steep.

I'm guessing it would just be an Xbox Live/PSN update right?
For an 'open world' game, it should be very rare there are areas that need loading, and if they do, especially not like that.
Glad to hear they are aware of it, though.
