How can they make a great anime series based off a game but all game movies suck?

<--- Own the various series, Sign(Best of the three IMO in anime format), Legend of Twilight(Manga was MUCH better), GU(Bit too slow for my tastes).
Books/mangas: // XXXX series and basically every other single book that involves the story being told differentlyand in onecase from Black Rose's perspective, from the original four games, legend of twilight, then the various GU mangas and books.
I also picked up //Link, not sure what to make of it yet.
As for the actual PS2 games?
.hack//GU has the original four beat, although I enjoyed them all.

I never played the games for this.. Infection through Quarantine deal with what happen's after Tsukasa's story and Morganna was not happy. GU is about Sora's later journey as the Terror of Death. Wait, isn't the main protagonist called Haseo?!?! You basically get to turn into Skeith for boss fights and by the end of the game you get dual pistols, SHAZAMM! |

Hmm...I might check this out. Correction by the end of the third game. First game your a twin blade and half way though said game a one big chainsaw sword. Second you pick up a scythe. Third is the pistoles. Should be relatively cheap to buy them now, although it might not be at all easy to get a hold of the games. |
