I personally feel he's still got the same demeanor he's always had. The only differences I really see are less flytings and a little more maturity. In fact, I'd say that he's actually grown as a character and those saying that it's not a good look aren't really paying attention to what's happening. I've been reading Thor for a good bit, and I like where he's come from and where he's at right now.

Is is bad that I'm still wondering where Blake is at?

Is is bad that I'm still wondering where Blake is at? I don't even remember the last time we've seen Blake. I assume Thor and Blake and still essentially different characters, but I haven't seen Blake's spirit speak Thor lately and I don't remember the last time Thor changed into Blake.

The last time Blake was around was way back when Thor was restoring the souls of the Asgardians. Close to 603 I think. Either way, it's been a looong time. What about Jake Olson though? Last I recall, Odin sent the real Jake Olson to Heaven and the one Thor was posing as essentially became Thor's mortal self. Has Thor's mortal self and Don Blake fused together over the years? If so, then I'd be willing to speculate that Don Blake isn't a separate person anymore. I mean, there's not much to go on, except that tie in to Chaos War, which kinda hinted at him being just Thor without his powers. I dunno, someone needs to do something with that.
Anyway, who's been reading Heaven and Earth? I recently picked up the issues and plan on reading it soon.

That, I couldn't tell you Nexus. I don't know.
I've read Heaven and Earth #3 and #4, but it was alright.

Mighty Thor # 6 I guess that explains why Thor passed out after pummeling the Hulk. PIS abundant though still.

I just rewatched the Thor deleted scenes, and man they are so good. The majority of them should have been kept in there. I honestly think it would have brought the movie from a 77% on RT up to the mid 80's %, to be truly great (and if the Destroyer/Thor fight was even just a minute or 30 sec longer). It just makes it feel more complete and more involving. Journey Into Mystery is so good. That is all. JIM is great! Mighty Thor # 6 I guess that explains why Thor passed out after pummeling the Hulk. PIS abundant though still. Lol, yeah. This is immediately preceeding Fear Itself, and Thor's wound was never even touched upon in FI. I guess that fact that Thor can defeat the Worthy Thing and Hulk at the same time all the while weakened with this wound, it further proves he is a massively powerful bad ass. But it definitely should have been explained in FI as to why he passed out, because of his mystical wound, because everyone was just like, huh?

I think the movie for the most part works well without them, only worthy notes that come to mind: Warrior's three little discussion involving Heimdall's sight, Odin and Frigga's argument, Loki's ascension to the throne and Volstagg getting the little girl her ball back and KOing the shield agents. Thor's always been a ridiculous power house. Non heralds should get the !@#$ out of his way.

I really wanna see how that pastor guy works out as a herald, but for some reason, I got this feeling that it's gonna be ignored. I dunno.

I wasn't even sure what happened in that scene. Was Jane cheating on him in her office with some Erik guy or something? I was confused as hell about that scene.

Well, it was pretty straight forward to me. Especially with the "mwhaa" part.

I understand what 'happened' I just don't understand the context or meaning behind it.

And that's why it was there. Hopefully this means Fraction'll tell us exactly what's been goin' on with Blake, why he hasn't shown up, why he didn't die when Thor did, and how he got separated from Thor to begin with.
Also looking forward to how he's gonna work out the new Asgardian part of things. Pretty nice seeing him incorporate more of the Norse lore by bringing Freya, Gaea, and Idunn on the scene. And it was kinda funny seeing that Tanarus was trollin' us (and the Asgardians) the whole time. Ha ha, I'm so clever.

So, after Fear Itself Tanarus has replaced Thor and now everyone has forgotten Thor?

Edit. Thor has been replaced by Tanarus but everyone remembers Tanarus in his place?
