Interesting to note as well that the all mothers are Vanir and not Aesir. I wonder if they will get any feats.
And Loki is one of my favorite characters right now, especially in JIM. He's great.

I didn't like the quick reveal. Let it play out. I'm glad there was a quick reveal. There'd be no need to drag something out like that. I think the set up Fraction did lends itself well to what's going to happen with Loki and Geirrodur and Karnilla. |

I did. I am really liking the current arc. I'm interested in seeing how Thor's flash back of this previous battle with the God Eater will be helping him without Mjolnir in hand( which I'm not expect to see return to him till #11 or the end of #10). I'm not sure if it is some sort of previous mention of an older battle with the God Eater on panel, but I'm assuming it will tie into his return here. Highlights certainly include the Surfer allowing himself to be devoured, immediately seeing Blake's cane with that cosmic awareness flaring to tell him it's no ordinary stick, tap it to the ground to reveal Mjolnir and ask who Thor was(which ties into my nitpick) and having Mjolnir hit the ground right after, it's nice to leave the worthy list short as is. No idea how this spell to make everyone forget Thor can affect everyone from Gaea to the Silver Surfer, it makes it sound some ridiculous potent stuff. Bar Odin himself, since they didn't bother implementing it when he was around. Not sure how Loki avoided being zapped by this spell to it's full effect, maybe I'm just missing this in journey into mystery. |

I'm hoping for an epic feat where Thor kills the demo gorge raaaaa!
But I'm sure Thor and Tanarus will throw down in a couple issues.
