At least the artist didn't pull a BuckyBones and have him holding Rogers with the wrong arm.... LOL. Which begs the question, what would Wade have done afterwards. He couldn't finish Steve off in that position with just one good arm.Extremely far-fetched, but due to his enhanced strength he could potentially crush his jugular. I remember a time when Deadpool snapped a man's neck with one hand. However, I see no reason why Steve couldn't easily counter with many options.

His enhanced musculature may have to do with it.

Deadpool just grips his throat and lifts him? Cap did what during this? Just went along for the ride? We've seen him fight to hell and back, I find it hard to believe he couldn't deliver a knee to the stomach or something along those lines. Oh well, entertaining fight indeed.

Which is silly to think Deadpool didn't want to until he reached that breaking point, because he's previously: A) Kicked Cap in the nuts. B) Attempted to take down Cap during the Civil War. Ehhh, I'm nitpicking again, aren't I?

To be honest..I just think it's a poorly written fight and the Deadpool fans are going to have a jackfest with it.When I heard he was going to be appearing with this group I was hoping that things like this wouldn't happen...but this is why I don't read Deadpool. When he gets around other characters they conform to how HE is written and it's one big joke. They want to keep him a joke character but then put him in serious books. It's stupid. You could analyze this fight a number of ways but at the end of the day Rogers is just written out of character. It's that simple.None of that was very "Cap-like". Ehhh, I'm nitpicking again, aren't I?

Deadpool is pretty good at h2h, that's for sure, but come on....he is not that good. It seems that Cap's skills has been underestimated. Deadpool made him look like amateur. =[

IMO, the best Deadpool books are the ones where he isn't the main character. Seeing the corny slapstick antics is fun for a little bit, but that's not what I look for in most comic books. When DP is the title character in a book and we get to read every single thing he says and thinks, it starts to get a little TOO ridiculous. I think he's a great character when there are other people in the book who get attention too, and DP's ridiculousness is downgraded a bit more to the level of background banter.

I thought that was a fantastic fight (love the art btw).
Glad to see Deadpool doing well against a highly regarded opponent. Steve definitely got his fair share in too. It's hard to say if either really ended with an advantage, aside from Deadpool having Steve by the neck (which Steve could get out of if he wanted).
Well as we all know now...Moon Knight has indeed gone back to being Marc Spector. Maybe Way actually did get the memo, and got it early. Or maybe it is just Dr. Bong commenting about Moon Knight as Marc Spector in the past, and was in the dark recently about Jack Lockley.
I'm not so sure Deadpool was looking to finish the fight at all, in fact the opposite. I think by raising Steve in the air by his neck, he was establishing himself as a respected combatant, and that he can take anything Steve can dish out (He did say "Gimme more" while he had Steve just hanging there.) In addition, I don't believe Steve wanted to pursue the fight any longer either since right after MK jumped in, he said they needed to stop fighting and start talking.
So I don't really see a problem with any of this.

Wade can be Koed but his healing will make it a bit harder. So in order for cap to accomplish that, he should land some well placed hits. But Deadpool's skills( when written properly ) and healing, will make it a tough fight IMO. =]
