Anyone read DP Team Up with Iron Fist? It was extremely enjoyable. What? Which Deadpool Team-Up was this?? #887. It's very good. First issue of DPTU I've read.

ooops it was #886. Sorry ckal.
I flipped thru a couple of other issues of DPTU and nothing caught my eye. In most of them the art was downright insulting.

Don't worry about it, not a problem at all. The only other DPTU I have read was the Thor team up. I was not too crazy about that one, from what I remember.

I'm not too familiar with the Deadpool titles out right now. But I read an issue of Deadpool MAX I think it was, and I absolutely hated it. Some of the worst art I've ever seen.

Gotta agree with you on the art, it is horrible. I was hoping that DP MAX would take a similar road to the Punisher MAX comic.....
unfortunately it doesnt seem to be doing that.

It is brilliant. The Punisher set in a the real world, more so than the marvel universe with brilliant characters and badass villians (Barracuda to name one) and it pulls absolutely no punches, some pretty brutal stuff happens in it(Thus the MAX title).
The addition of an aging Frank makes it even more interesting, but by no means reduces the amounts of carnage that he dishes out on criminals.

If you want good Deadpool, here's what to turn to: -First appearance in New Mutants 98 -Random appearances in early X-Force -The first two short volumes (4 or 5 issues each) -Entire volume 1 (69 issues or so) -Cable & Deadpool -Suicide Kings
That right there is the Deadpool 'must read' list. Current is pretty 'meh' for the 616 universe.

I haven't read Cable and Deadpool and Suicide Kings, but his first appearance, his first two minis Deadpool: Circle Chase, and Deadpool, and his first ongoing series Deadpool (the first 33 issues are Joe Kelly's classic run) are all fantastic stuff.
