@silver I did mean Malachor. Force wounds just seems like a really baby way of explaining certain parts of the story. The fight with Darth Nihilus was a joke. The dude ends entire planets and I rolled him with literally two attacks on my Jedi Weapons Master.
The planets you get to visit and the gameplay for the most part was pretty good but it just really lacked a lot of things. Some of them would have been polished and ironed out if they had more time to work on it but some of them honestly wouldn't have.

Dane: Not that I hold that position myself, but once again, I can grasp your standpoint. On Nihilus though, in hindsight, he had to be beaten that way. Either that, or writers would just have had to make the Exile uber powerful. His loss was circumstantial, and that was probably the best way it could have been handled without giving the Exile a considerable power increase or Nihilus a considerable power decrease. I loved the environments and gameplay. Possibly my favorite area was on Dxun. A grim forested area, Freedon Nadd's tomb, Mandalorian camps. It was cool. I really had very few problems with game as a whole, truth be told.

Dxun was my favorite for sure. Korriban was probably my favorite from KOTOR, although the Sith Lord tombs were a bit weak. (Particularly the legendary items with poor stats).

@john Aman, Silver What kind of faction/class would interest you guys most? Jedi Knight or Jedi Counsular. I would never be a sith. I'm not the villain type and don't enjoy playing them. Also, if I'm going to play a SW game, I'm going to be a Jedi. It may seem close minded, but meh.

Smuggler would be dope. Two reasons: -Everyone is going to be a Jedi. -You get a Wookie companion and a ship that blatantly rips off the Millenium Falcon. Han Solo was a pimp.

Dane: I am. I need to review the different classes though. There are at least a dozen, that I remember, but there are others I may be forgetting. I do like the prospect of being a Force sensitive though, although from what I understand, non-Force sensitive characters will be more than a match for the light and dark side players.

@silver Yeah, it's going to be balanced gameplay. All the classes get pretty good representation. Normally I wouldn't say a non-Force sensitive character would have much of a chance against a Sith/Jedi but in some ways it's quite fair.
The non-Force sensitive classes have access to some pretty great tech and it fits into the SW Universe that a very good bounty hunter could use trickery and gadgets to take down a mediocre Sith/Jedi. Also, when you consider the ready access to Lightsaber-resistant Vibroblades in that era it isn't a big stretch.
I do think the Sith/Jedi will easily do the best melee DPS in the game and that sits well with me. Troopers and Bounty Hunters will do good DPS but they'll excel much more at using explosives to cause AoE damage and gadgets to stunlock/crowd control enemies. Imperial Agents/Smugglers seem to be more tactical and cover based and can use remote droids to apply Kolto-based tech healing to the group. I think this makes good sense and it allows every class to feel useful. If they just made Jedi/Sith ultra powerful then no one would bother playing the other classes so that wouldn't work in terms of gameplay. You need balancing for it to be fun and someone should be allowed to have a great experience as a Smuggler even when every other guy has a lightsaber on his belt.

This article pretty much says it all about each class' advanced specializations.

Should I make an official Ledgerite Guild on the SWTOR website?
And if so, what should I call it? 'The Comics Ledger' doesn't seem very Star Warsy.

I have an account on the TOR site, but I have never once used it. I just am not really interested in its forums, because, while there are many knowledgeable and reasonable EU fans there, there are also countless noobs who spread misconceptions I absolutely abhor.
Plus, the Ledger is enough for me.
